Bob started playing music at the age of six. At age ten he received his first paid job for 50-cents to sing Frankie Laine songs. Sheila was 18 when she joined him playing upright acoustic bass, clog dancing, and playing the fiddle. Bob plays a Martin 12-string guitar, French harp, and does the lead vocals.
This program consists of songs that were popular in rural America during all wars from The Revolutionary War to the Iraqi War. There is dialogue and music, some is sad and some is funny, but all of it is educational and entertaining.
